I like it - but right now I've spent so much time at the comp that it's hurting my eyes.
I think the focus is good. I don't like the lighting too much, but that's just me.
The striped thing below your text isn't doing it for me either.

Oh yeah, and the left side of the sig is sort of empty, but there's not much you can do about it. I like minimalism, so I don't mind too much.

edit: CnC my sigs now :P

This is okay. Is there a tut on a sig liek this or something? I keep seeing people doing sigs like this.

The blending is pretty good. Though I'm really not feeling the 2 black lines coming out of his head.
Also the lines ont he side edge over on the left, are really not doing it for me.

It's good but i feel like u need more of a background. I realize you were going for a minimalistic style, but i think i need to see a bit more.

you could really do with a much smaller canvas for this one.
