Cool blending and effects man, I like it. The text is quite good, but I'd say lower the opacity of Sapien a bit (just to blend it a little, not as low as the "Abe" text though).

My main problem with it is edges of his head/face, it's kinda jagged looking-is it meant to be like that?

yeah u should def. blend his head in cuz it seems too sharp.

I agree with the above, you have to blend in the head to get rid of the pixels.
Also on the text The hellboy text where it says a whole bunch of stuff, I think it should be smaller. It's really distracting and kind of looks like too much going on.

Good blending at the bottom though and the effects are cool.

umm yea, either the render is way oversharpened or it's very low quality, I think it's really throwing your sig off.
