not as good as your last, the text is blurry i don#t see any attempt of a blend
i don't like it much (sorry for teh harshness)
its a bit overcontrasted dude, the blues of sasuke should show through, and u should blend a bit more. try takind down the contrast, and blend sasuke a bit more.
Overcontrasted. Try resizing the focal as well, too big and my eyes just keep moving from one area to another, try to keep a smooth natural look. Also try some flow, maybe blending in some C4D's or something.
