Just started playing WoW, so I came up with idea to make a new sig... after ~4months no Photoshoping. CnC

Hi Aivwaras ;]
nice sig.
but colors are too bright for me and I miss some details. use c4ds ;]

Hey Garis ;) Long time, no see. Well, yeah i agree, now I miss some details, especially in the left side... But, oh well, it's my first work after 4 months... I didn't even remember how to make a feathered boarded :D

its nice, but i think the border sorta kills it.

Yeah? I was thinging about changing the boarder at the moment too, though... What would you suggest?

I think based on the original render, you maybe could have not blended him all around like that and left part of him normal to create a little pop and depth.

Solid black 2-4 px border is my suggestion. Orange borders like that never work out well.

The sig is okay, smudging is nice and it makes for good effects. The blending looks pretty good as well though those white lines (parts of his armer plates maybe?) are prety distracting, they seem to frame his fame and just reall doesn't go well.

The text needs a lot of work. Default default fonts! That's what you have to use. they will work better than 99% of any other font you can download. If you need more helpw ith it check out my tut in my sig.

Lighting wise the green doesn't cut it for me.
Make a new layer fill it white and set it to linear dodge then take a 100 px soft brush and brush once on it. That will make you a nice lightsource and it requires minimal work.

Not bad overall though the smudging is nice. Just needs some refining.

Ok, thanks, I shall try doing something with the lighting ant text, when i get home to my pc with PS... The lighting is green, because of not resized render,. And it just got automatically green at that place =\... Well, at first it looked quite good for me, but now I see what ur saying... And for the text... I used Warcraft font :|... I could try something with the defaults though...
