ur top one looks good, i like the effects and flow.
second one looks good too man, nice bg and effects.

Top one is the best by far. Nice colors and blending it's really eye catching.
the otehrs are all about average. They are nice but not like the top. Your getting better.

I like the first one alot. Maybe you should blend the back of his head (sweater) a bit more, suggestion :]?
