if you took that ground texture off of the guy's skin and stuff, IMO it'd be much better. but all around nice stuff.
i don't know if you were going for a ghostly feeling or something with him being see-through. but it's really not working for me. I'd much prefer him to be solid, it just looks kind of sloppy being see through like this.
I also think the text needs work too, it doesn't go well. but the coloring looks nice and i can't tell where you put the images together so thats good.
