the effects are a bit oversharpened imo, but its a nicely done work. u should throw in a lightsource because he has a light stripe running down his right.
some places kinda reminds me about your last sig.

It is a bit over sharpened. I would have liek to see the effects more refined, a little less going on. But it's not bad. the effects right to the right of him is AWESOME.
The text looks nice it blends in well and you did good with it.
The lighting needs work. He has got some of the stongest highlights ever, and i don't even see a lightsource. You should add it in right above the mark text.
The blending looks alright though i would have prefered more blending on the right side of him..
The coloring is okay, purple and orange/yellow always works well. Nice stuff.

The effects are nice, but, like other people mentioned, seem too sharp. Also, imo, the blending of the render isn't the best. The text is nice as well. Nonetheless, great job.
