Did you do this from a picture?
you really need more detail. Realistically things don't have black outlines too so i would get rid of it. Not bad tracing though.
Looks like u pretty much just traced it, now i dont know what you wanted to do with this piece to its kinda hard to tell you if u should add more detail or make it simpler and more crisp, fx. by removing the stroke..

And it's not gonna be realistic:P it's a "logo" for a friend.
