Add more Efx work on the text.
add flow and work on lighting.

yeah for the sig, i guess u can blend it in a bit.
try using a soft circle eraser on the edges a bit.
try readin up on a smudge tut to learn how to do that.
it gives u nice bgs.

The rebekah text is spaced very far away from the queen text. Move it closer to the quen text and make them look like they are together. It gets too busy with them spaced out like that.
However you did nail the default fonts nice job!
The BG needs a lot fo work. It looks like you just duplicated the render a few times and overlapped it ontop of the render. This isn't goonna fly i cann see her being duplicated too easily and it doesn't look very creative.
WIth the opacity being low on the render duplicates it makes for bad blending. I can see each one of the sides easily. Though they do overlap the render, which is the goal for blending, they don't cover the edge they just busy it and dirty it up.
The render looks a bit under contrasted. Use a curves or levels to make contrasted again. the grayishness on her face is what makes me think that.
Onto the border. This is one of my pet peeves actually. When people make a border and set it to somethign like softlight. Make your border a white or black border- 1 solid color, and make it so nothing is seen except for that color where the border is. A border is meant to separate the sig form a forum or the place it is being viewed. By having the border set to softlight like that or just simply putting stuff over top of it, you render it useless and might as well throw it away.
the colors do look nice though. the right side of the sig looks like you smudged it and i very much prefer it over the left side. I would suggest that you smudge the left side as well, i think it will add a lot to this sig and make it look even better.
