I love coheed's tut is a great tut. i think it's safe to assume most of the people on this forum have tried it once or twice.
not a bad job, my only crit is that the scanlines are a bit out of date, and you could use a bit more blending, but that's because vector renders are always hard to blend.
Good job none the less. looks like you picked up some handy tips n tricks.
Well for the past two days I've just been lookin at tuts but haven't tried any cause I didn't think they would turn out well. Given I haven't done this is a really long time. But today, I just said to myself, alright, just try one. So that's the first one I've done for my new start.
I wasn't too sure about the scanlines either, I just followed the tut, didn't feel like changin it around too much with my own taste. I'm pretty happy with it being my first in so long.
