This is the outcome of following Firescorpios tutorial but also adding my own flavor. Would appreciate some feedback, comments, and also flames on how to improve. Thanks

Ok guys this is the revised version on the bottom.
dull it down a bit might be agood idea but other than that its nice man ohh actually mabye put a white 2pixel boarder around it ^^
Here it is the outcome of it.
JESUS mayjorly (*SPELLING*) sharpened tone that down ALOT and you hae a good sig and get rig of outer glow of text ruins it and make the Thoorop text smaller and the text placement for "get the voices... ect" is ok maybe more it down diagonally left and put the Thoorop text with it and its a good sig cos the effects are nice jsut tone the sharpening down it has completely ruined it..

well seeing as it's u verry first and might i ask what program u using ?
not that bad i remeber my first it looked horiable lol but i didnt have cs2 then i had paint or coral lol when i started out keep up the improovement and tuts are helpfull even if u cant follow it all way through just expirament around with things render and bluring and smudging and filters and coloring with adj well gl on u next sig m8
Im using photoshop CS3
rgr cs3 is a good place to start with check out allot of the tuts and u will get better with u own style try messing around making u own style patern. it make u modivated well it did me lol any ways keep it up man and share u next one latter gl
