Not bad. Text wise i think you need to move the kaka part over to where it says finish the fight. nice usage of default fonts.
BG wise it seems kind of flat. it really lacks depth too. I would reccomend working on your BG next time. try adding in a stock or two and smudgign it a bit.
Beldning wise you need to start over lapping your BG onto your render a bit. I can see all of your edges very easily and it looks a bit slapped on.
The border isn't bad though. keep it up.
