Ok here is my second signature ever. I'm a n00b at this so feedback will be very appreciated. And if any advice happens to come from you guys please make it detailed if possible that would also be appreciated thank you.

You should remove some ripple over the focal. I mean the head.
Blending and BG looks good, but green on the right dont fit at all.
use something to make it red. :)
also I think text is too big a bit.
I suggest you to make it smaller.
also. I think you used effect: gaussin blur then added lighted to layer mode.
If I'm right, lover the opacity of that render.
the yellow spots are too bright and too shiny.
I agree with what garis said.
One thing to remember color wise is that green really doesn't go with red. They are almost like polar opposites.
I am VERY impressed though. I don't know if you have taken deisgn classe sor what but you have a lot of natural talent i guess or something, because the default fonts you used look GREAT. Honestly getting text like this in your second sig is almost unheard of.
I agree with garis, the REnder duplicate:gaussian blur: lighten works but it's way to prominent. It's a neat little trick and a lot of people use it, but GFX is about moderation and temperance, so make sure you don't over use it.
The border on this is very nice as well. I like the solid white. It looks good.
Overall i think for your second sig you di a fantastic job, i really look forward to seeing hwat you make next.
Wow thank you I mean I am in a design class at my high school called Searider Productions but I deal with gaming and 3d animation such as Maya. But your guys advice and support really keeps me motivated I'll be sure to post a V2 of this Signature hopefully.
