the effects are awesome, but it's too blurred and can't see kens leg ;( and turn the opacity on the text a little bit ;p. Overall it's a solid sprite imo, just need little touchups :D!
looks good, i tink you should remove the brush on the right.
the big whitish one.
for some reason i tink it detracts from the sig.
but the rest of the effects are great
i think there is just a bit too much on the bootom going on, other than the colours and effects are freaking awesome. gj.
