A little small, don't you think? :P What site did you upload it to, because there is no way anyone is reading that. :D
You should use imageshack or deviantart. If you used Photobucket, it shrunk because photobucket can only handle one meg.

EDIT: he did use imageshack, but strangely its small. hmm guess he gotta try again.

When you save it as a JPG, set the quality lower so that the file is under 1mb, if that is possible. Then go to Photobucket and set the option to "Less than 1mb" and upload it there. Good luck! :D
