No. Once you die, you're dead. The only way you live on after death is through memory, but once you physically die, there's no coming back.
Im not really sure. Obviously, there is nothing to prove there is, but there is nothing to prove there isn't. There is a possibility of reincarnation, but tbh there's no point thinking about it untill your dead.

The I HOPE that it is, is when you die you just get reincarnated as someone else, but you don't remember being the person you were before. So I could have been Jennifer the hot, blonde model in a previous life but now I'm just Peter. :D
