well i dun like the bg....and lightning is just like a really basic combo of filters....make it more creative...it kinda looks like u slapped it on at parts
i like it.its funny :)
I don't like the background.
ND : y i love that shark hes from Finding NEmo :D what should i giv it more???
Just make a nice blue brush bg and try to make it look similar to water and i think it will look pretty nice.
