I don't like to rate so I'm not gonna.
The first that hits me is WOW, CONTRAST. Haha seriously tone down that orange a bit and lower the contrast a lot.
The random c4d's in the BG don't look right. Size wise it seems like there are millions of candybars being thrown at him. It just doesn't fit. The white spltter brushes doen't really work. try not to lower opacity on things like this. It just doesn't look right and makes it look like you just wanted to cover space.
The Bg is a bit flat, almost no depth. try and smudge your bg next time, or somethign the gradient just isn't working.
Text is pretty nice. Good job on the colorign too.
Not bad on both of them but you need some work.
