thats my sig of the week entry, got any ideas on how to make things look better.

not bad, but the problem is is that you have so man random things in the BG it looks a bit rushed and sloppy. Erase the effects over his head, they make it look really busy and weird.

Also text wise, get rid of the stroke around the text it draws too much attentuion to it and fails in blending. Not bad though but there are soo many low opacity marks around it, clean it up a bit and it will look less sloppy

mmm but i like lots of things :)
