Buisness card need good typography, the text should be centered or left aligned but moved to the center. A logo on the front maybe?
Like the TW bit but on a low opacity ??
That texture in the BG is gonna be expensive to do for every card.
Think about it... Each employee is going to need atleast like 300ish right?
Not exactly cheap. Business cards are pretty boring and trying to add that texture to the BG of it, is like trying to put make-up on a pig.
Work on your typography. I think a bit more of a fresh font choice and some cool coloring and it'd set this off.
