Shattered

I've been experimenting with clipping masks and the like. Here's one result. Cnc?

Clipping masks are amazing, or whatever they are..they work. Pretty cool text and the concept is awesome. Maybe a tad dark, but maybe thats the effect you were going for. Excellent LP. :D

I gotta say it's nice you've been experimenting aces, but i think this looks a bit slopped together. I think you should try to lower the contrast or get a face with softer shadows.

Then i think you need to fix the text. It just isn't working, it says newspaper rather than shattered.

The clipping masks are okay but i think it's a bit odd to base an entire LP off them. It's a cool idea really but i dont think you are executing it quite right.

there was a chevy traverse commercial on yesterday that looked a lot like what you are trying to do. If you know what I'm talking about maybe you can gather inspiration from it.
