How to install the topaz plug-in correctly?

I've got an question, I downloaded Topaz Vivacity 1.3.1
have placed it in the plug-in, filter folder and ran the set-up.

I started ps, but it wasn't added to the filter list, what did I do wrong?
Or isn't this compatible with ps cs3 extended?

If someone knows how to do this, please post here =D

You need to purchase it to use it properly or use the trial version :P

I have the free trial btw.

Uninstall it from your C panel and re install it.
That should work
