I dont know about a light from the house.
It could use some work. use radial blur maybe?
but I love the effects over the house.

wow loving the sky real good work would love to see more of this style.

The lighting in the house needs turning down a tad like stated RBlur would sort that easy.

Aye i couldn't get the lights how i wanted so i was just like **** it :p
