First one : The shoes seem to blend too much with the background, it took me a while to understand those are shoes, also the colours are a bit.. the same..;\
Great sig at overall though O:
Second One : The stuffs on the left doesn't really add much to the sig, the top right is a bit boring. Also the nick, you could do better it just.. hurts the flow $:
Third One : Same as above the thingy on the right doesnt add alot the black thingy around the nick doesn't helps , The color of the nick should be changed to a color that will fit in with the colors of the sig.
Fourth One : Probably the worst one from the ones you showed, There is absolutely no depth , no connection between the render and the background, I got the feeling that you just pasted the picture over the background, added a few shapes and TADA.
Fifth One: Same as the above, but the nick , again also it doesnt have any connection to the ground you just put it there..a white.. nick.. with the name Naruto, it really distrubs the eye.
I've nothing to add about the last two , everything that needs to be said was said on the previous replies ;o.

shoes-excelent work,love it :) other works are pretty too,but my black horse is sig with shoes:)
