The bricks in the BG need work. The dont really blend and rly kind of helped.
the lightign isn't bad but its a bit strong minimalize it, its way too bright. Try and make it smaller so it doens't take up as much room.
The text isn't bad but i don't liek the font. CHange up the font a bit so that it blends more. i reccomend default fonts.
The lighting is way over brightened, it looks like some of my old sigs, you really have to tone down the light, lighting is a big part but it shouldn't be too bright. The bricks in the background need to be blurred slightly.
I also agree with Papa about text. Use default fonts.
For the Default fonts, you guys have any favorites?
Tip:
Use more than 1 font for each word.
Criticism:
The bricks need work. The lightning is way too hard. There's a big lack of depth in there. Colors are not selective which pretty much mean you need to work on the style. Also try thinking of other backgrounds.
try working on your light, my eyes are being drawn from the face to the big spot light at the bottom, dont know if thats your focal point.
