I don't feel like the border fits. It's way darker than any of the image, thus stands out too much.

Try adding a curves layer.

Layer -> Adjustment -> Curves.

Nice image though, just looks like it has been covered in white, ever so gently :p

The head looks a bit squashed, did you hold Shift when you resized it?

Nice blending on the sides, though Dale is right on the border. It's a little too dramatic compared to the rest of the signature.

looks LQ and the focal is too big imo, text is simple. Looks unfinished.Clean it up a bit more and post the outcome, maybe resize the sig?
