Pretty cool-looking, but what's up with all the green? A nice blue would suit it better. The border is unique, I kinda like it! The only other critique I can give you is to sharpen up your render a little more. Then try to blend it a little bit more as well.

You have some fantastic flow on this but sadly like everything else needs work. The green doesn't go with her yellow hair at all. The Blending needs a TON of work, i just don't see a lot of it.
The text is nice, but i dont see any depth in the BG. Try sharpening the render and blurring the BG a bit.
