Very cool I like the way that you smudged it and the C4d's that you used, but it pops out too much from the BG, so you might want to erase a bit of the edges of the render. :P
The text is a bit boring and putting it in the corner doesn't look great. Your technique is nice and the clipping masks over the render look very cool, but the render isn't blended enough.
Good job, just blend in the render a tad more. :P
Yeah, text is the thing I cant seem to get right just yet.
As for the blending, it came out how I wanted, I was trying something new. But I will try it, thanks.
I like the fact that you have alittle flow to it and such, but the thing that turns me off to it is not only the border, but the background as well. Other than that, good use of c4ds, but the little lights on the right of the render try blurring them to have them blend in a little more.

Well, first off the canvas itself is too big length-wise. Your text should be closer to the render as Suddu said. You have a nice flow going but what looks like 2 effect C4Ds are ruining the flow. Try burning the shiny sides of your BG and adding a good light source. You've got a little bit of a color clash, maybe try re-coloring your C4Ds and getting rid of that nasty shiny metalic stuff in the background, that would make it look nicer. Your border is also a bit thick try bringing it down to around 2-3 pixels?
I goatta say i dont like the redish coloring, that the c4d's give it
It doesnt work with the blue background and IMO you should make the c4ds yellowish or something.
The text is nice but i would prefer it something other than white.
