That is a cool looking tag, I don't know what effect that is, but it really does work. The text is good looking and that circle shape is a good addition. I would blur the background a bit and then put a bit of light near his neck because it is very dark on the bottom part. :P
Still trying to work out if I like it or not, but I'm leaning more towards liking it. At first glance it looks a hot mess, but you have to look deeper to see it though. Make your light source more pronounced and maybe gaussian blur the sig and set to overlay and reduce opacity to give it some sexy contrast. Love the text, don't slow your roll honey and keep it moving.
