He's a bit dark. I would try to brighten him up a bit.
The text is great! Nice placement and nice font choice just maybe next time pick a more soothing/easy to look at color.
The vector brushes are a bit distracting. the splatters are okay however i don't agree with the placement. Just minimize the vector brushes and next time work on shaping your BG more.
I would try smudging your next sig for your BG and then work on your blending.
The best thing to do would be to download a few psds and look at some tutorials on how to smudge i think it's help you a lto.
