Hm, I'm not feeling the effects on this one, they looked rushed and not done to your ability, Not loving the brown spots on his shirt and the blue spots on his head. Try reading a few tuts. =]

You can never have enough tuts, Everyone still reads tuts...And do what you think you need to do to improve.

I dissagree there are always new and upcoming artists who are willing to share their techniques.

And you can never look at enough tuts. you dont have to follow them but lookign is nice.
The blending option you use for the color[s] on joe is not working.
I think you should get rid of it all together. The effects aren't bad, but they aren't anything specail.
