The BG is pretty good, however i think you should try and stray away from the look that you are getting directly behind the render. It kind of looks liek you are using grunge brushes and really just looks a bit sloppy. I do like the far right though that would make a perfect BG had it been all the way around.
Blending is not bad i actually quite liek the blending it's subtle but it makes it simple to see the render.
The text could sue some work. I just don't like the font choice. it doesn't really work you need something a bit more smooth and not so chuncky and blocky. I really think somehting like fire eye GF TITLE would work good on this.
It kind of bothers me that there is a wing looking thing coming out of his head lol.
The flow on this is definetly different. I want to see oyu use low more and more. AS of now you have some nice flow, don't get me wrong but all that negative space to the left is killing it.
The depth on this si great, You blurred the perfect parts and really gave it another dimension.
The composition could be strengthened if you got the render out of the middle. WHen you have it there it's kind of boring and flat. if you crop of some of the neagative space i think it'll kill two birds with one stone.
Finally lighting, you nailed it man. Nice i like this a lot.
Overall it's a solid sig i like it it.
