I really like the black and white version better, the blending is pretty nice, but the coloured one, the colours don't really suit the render IMO. :D I also don't really like your text on this one, try making the text very simple and place it closer to the render, text shouldn't be in the corner. :P It looks really nice but the flow is broken a bit by that line that goes from the top middle to the right bottom corner, try positioning that up where his hand is. :D Good job.

version 2 emphasizes the lighting more

Realy like the blending on the both and V1 is for me the best.

Would like to see a version with no text.

Like Ptka said, that line is sooo not working whit the rest of the sig, and try making the text more simple and put it betwen his hand and his hed
Oh and V2 works better for me :D
ED: there is a thing on his eye, his left eye, try erasing it becouse it does not look god :(
