I personaly love it. Its simple, its got depth (little but still got it), its got lighting.

Only part I would change is the top left text kinda ruins the flow of what you have done so far.

I don't like it. There's stuff everywhere. You wrote enough text in there to fill a book haha.
I would say drop some of the text and make the BG flow more with the focal, whatever the focal is.
