I like the flow it leads directly to the render, it has also very nice depth.

i think the squares look nice..a good effect.
the most important thing your missing is the lightsource by her head. in front of her face there are highlights, you should add some lighting in front of that to make it look realistic.

it has good depth, but imo u can do better. Seems to dull and over fxed. You can do better Lewk.

You could do better i've seen it. But this one isn't horrible it just isn;t your best at all.
The sqaures are too much you need to undo some of them. And then add somethiung/anything maybe an effect c4d or something.
and add the lightsource.
