well, my friend wanted me to make a sig for him using a gun stock (he's the leader of my cs:s clan, yes, cs:s)
Here's what i have so far, i need help though.. I don't like it..

It looks good, but I feel that the Explosion C4D has just been placed behind the gun and the Gun hasn't been blended into the image a whole lot.
Also, that brown line that runs along the barell is very distracting.
thanks for the c&c, the brown line is a laser from the gun stock, its annoying as hell but i tried to mask it a little by putting the text on it.
I'm trying to fix the blending atm, making me angry >.< lol

You can delete the brown line you know that right? Just take your eraser and go right over it XD.
The explosion c4d IMO was not a good choice. Try to stay away from explosion c4d's. They don't blend very well andf make the sig too chaotic.
Instead try effect c4d's and regulars.
The name text is horrible but i liek the just try and shoot me font.
YOu did pretty good with the lighting. BUt that pentooling is killing it. Get rid of the pen tooling.
overall not bad.
His name should probably be down near the "Just try and shoot me" Good intimidation factor though.. and like papa said the explosion isn't working for the flow...
the bg is very white also..
thanks, here's what I got trying to use other c4d's though it seems empty with the space around the gun. i tried erasing the line, it didn't work out too well so i tried masking it a bit more :(

definitely an improvement but i still think the bg is way over-contrasted
Like Helix said, way to contrasted, but I really like this version better than the last one. Text looks better, and the sides have a cool effect. Good job, just keep trying to get the BG right. :P
