not neccessarily
but they can be if you want them to be

Hmm, good stuff evan but i have few things to show you. Like some parts are over contrasted, also lq/to blurry. Also try putting the text all the way 2 the bottom right. Sharpen some parts to bring out more contrast. Work with same colors + soft brushes put it on soft light. Rinse and repeat to bring out better coloring and quality. Good try tho.

The orange on the left is way to contrasted. and the ocean goes from purple in the middle to blue on the left. might want to fix that aswell.

The size of this kinda lets it down its more of a mini LP ;)

I realy like what you have done realy stands out well.

Parts to improve if you are doing a Vers2 are:

Contrast
Size
Text placement

I really like this, very good considering it was taken on a cell-camera. :D A bit over contrasted but it looks WAY better than the original photo. I don't really like the text, but other than that it looks pretty great to me. :D
