Looks very low Q and maybe some white soft brushing on the orb in her hand :P

It doesn't look low Q to me, its just a bit overblured that all :P, and yes it needs a little work on the orb :)

Theres just a bit too much going on in the BG. MInimize it a bit. go through your Psd hiding and unhiding layers and see what is vital and what isn't. It's an important part of becoming a GFX designer you need to learn the minimality (is that a word?) is a key part to graphics.

Nice text though i liek the text a lot.
I reccomend next time you startw ith a compleltly black BG and then apply all those fractals and everything. It'll give it a darker more cool feeling.

And also add some contrast to this sig, it's dying for it :)

Not bad overall just need to work on effects.
