Hi! I want to start developing my own website but I don’t want to spend any time learning HTML codes or whatever, I just want to get into the good stuff, is there any platform on any operating system that allows me to do that? Or must I go through all the boring stuff?

Well, there are generally two options when u want to develop a website.
1) Learn the HTML codes, Asp.Net, Vb.Net, PBP etc etc OROROROR
2) Let some other guys do it for u while u empty your pockets :P -

Seriously, the most satisfying way to design your own website and do it the way you want it without sacrificing a limb, is to go through the boring stuff. But I really don't see it being that boring. HTML is a "gateway" markup language. I say that because everyone learns it first (that is, everyone who wants to do web design). XHTML, CSS, that sort of thing should always come first. AJAX, Java, Javascript, all those things come after you've built a foundation.
Either way, you're the artist, you make the choice to make it boring or exciting.
