It's monotone. I see what yo where going for, Could have been executed better, but not bad. The render doesn't look like he belongs there it's a bit weird. Nice depth though.

Effects are really good, but it doesn't look
like a complete full piece, more looks like a
bunch of nice looking effects piled onto
Bond. :D It is also a very serious render and
that "fun" text doesn't work that well. Nice job, but
looks more like it might work as an LP and not as a sig. :P

Try gradient mapping but by using clipping masks on certain layers so that you can change different parts of the sig. :D Good luck!

Just wait for Papa to come and comment, because he does some of the best CnC's. :D
