idk about this tag. The render is definitely over-sharpened, and the effects over the render are not blending well. Remove them or make them blend in. The lighting can be improved as well. There's no such lightsource and that makes your piece very fuzzy. Make some changes and this might look better.

The quality looks bad, to much noise and to sharpened.

Thanks ya the render self was kinda bad :( but i liked so much that i used it :)

The effects are good but the LQ kills it. :(
