MuDvAyNe's new album A new game. Amazing.

Metallica's new album was remarkably not sucky, though I wouldn't chalk it in the "Best" category.

Atmosphere's When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold gets my vote.

crystal castles, mgmt, and islands are up there for me

MGMT was awesome, I listen to older music like Iron Maiden, so they don't really have albums anymore. :D

I think Queensryche just put out a new album if you're into that style. Dream Theater also put one out recently, too. I think that's it for all the good old school metal bands, they just really don't make them like they used to :(

I know it's coming out in 2009, but Wrath by Lamb of God is going to be great

even though lupe fiasco the cool was out in 2007 it was still strong in 2008 and for two yrs runnin its been ma fav album (of them 2 yrs)

Indestructible by Disturbed. That is a great Album.

But I'm looking forward to Invaders Must Die by The Prodigy next year. :D
