Help in creating few photos ;)

ok, so i need that pictures till tomorrow evening:

One picture must looks like similar this my shity paint sample:

and inside of it logo from this picture http://i39.tinypic.com/28vxa9l.jpg , that logo with crown and eagles to cut with magic tool in Photoshop and to put inside of that black and white quadrants and insted of that eagles fill mid of that logo in black and write inside "40+", and in PLUS (+) to write "1970" example is on 5th picture of this album http://casopis.izaberipartizan.com/v...pcId=41&page=1 just zoom it and see "40+" flag on left


And second pic is this http://i40.tinypic.com/dmct4m.png , and just need to put lines on top,bottom left and right, to be like a snipers lines . One black line on top bottom left and right.

and i need to make "40+" bigger in this picture http://i44.tinypic.com/110vlds.jpg is it possible? if not you can create something similar to that ;)
