This would be great if you had more depth. Sharpen up the focal (his face) and blend and blur your way out and around that. Give it some real pop!
I like the effects, Happy new year :D I'm not a big fan of the colors but that is purely opinionated... do NOT change them if you like them. The light source seems to be in the wrong place imo and the whole thing needs some contrast/depth. GJ otherwise, HAPPEH NEWAH YEAH.
