its pretty nice,
the effects are nicely done, the bg is sorta cool
there's not much flow IMO but it isn't a dynamic stock

For me V1 is the better. Only problem I have is the size is not working for me.

yeah only thing i can say is size
V1 of your sig looks the best to me. I like the shapes and the effects that make up the background. They are well done. The colors also match and I like the greenish color scheme to the sig. If it was a bit shorter and a little less wide, I think that it might be even better.
