I'd work on the blood a tad it looks too brushed. use different sizes and liquify em a little

lets say blood i well and that yelow tag looks awsome on the bg but that bg doesnt fit well there, there should have been smthing else there.

too much of a change in left side and right side of background should blend more apart from that looks awesome

hmm hmm wat to say.
first of all ur concept is great...as always.
the dead girl on the ground is a great bg
the left is a bit different from the right.
the police line is great.
this is not much on impact..but the concept of this is great.
love it.

hehehe actually the left side of the bg its just a staircase from the original the whole thing was liek that i just messed around with the coloring =P thanks for the CnC guys
