That looks pretty nice. I do feel that the lines on the black are a bit much.
Might look better if you reduced the transparency of the top right section, and didn't cover the face so much.
On the White, they look awesome.
The text is hawt the contast is good too.

I iz in agreement, looks pretty hawt. Didn't take the lines for rain at first but that's because it's not colored ;o
Also think it could use some depth but that is very hard on B&W
