umm not a bad tag there.
the text is yucky remove drop shadow from it.

I actaully like it, just blend the text in more and this would be a really good sig
Try to keep your text small. You dont want to have two focals. So make your text smaller and try to limit the amount of words. maybe liek 3ish?
also drop the blending options, drop shadow and bevel and emboss tend to be the look of a begginer, they are helpful but unless you knwo hwo to use them just right, they will only hurt the text's blending.
Good coloring though very dramatic. I dislike the border. And if you keep it atleast get rid of the dark line right before the border, it really has no point in being there and just makes an already busy sig look more chaotic.
Not bad overall, i suggest reading a few more tuts and working with some renders.
