i think the lines on the right are too distracting
and the c4d on the left upper corner looks LQ just like ther render/stock
i like the flow and the sig is not too full or empty:p just perfect

I'd adjust the text a bit. If you look at the I in KIDBUU, it's a bit difficult to read because it almost lined up with one of the pulses.
Also, see if you can create a small gap between the horizontal line and the text.
The UUs almost look like OOs.
I would say v2 is m fav, but IMO the right side stands out more than the actaul render does, I would say try useing a darker color for the text and the lines
