Basic

I know its simple and kind of boring but I kind of like it....CnC paw paw pweeez..well with a little help from KidBuu it actauly truend out good :-P thx for the help on it.

its night time is good fur
but its too dark. Do this

Make a light source from top which resembles moonlight and make it motion blur on the silhouttes. Then pu it on soft light. Then Put a round hard soft white blob on the soft light layer and there u go.
Or u can do this. on a new layer make a hard white round blob and then put an outer glow over it with more spread area.
